This gives us a chance to chat about your goals, look at where you’re at, and figure out the best path forward.

We’ve built websites on many platforms including WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Kajabi, Teachable, Hubspot, and more. The main platforms we recommend are Squarespace and Shopify, depending on the kind of online business you're building.
Squarespace is a fantastic choice for artists who want a sleek portfolio site or a simple online store (under 100 products). It’s intuitive and beautiful right out of the box—perfect for creatives.
Shopify, on the other hand, is built for selling lots of products, managing inventory, and scaling. It’s more powerful but comes with a steeper learning curve. We'll chat about your needs and figure out the best platform for you during our initial call.

Once we agree to work together, I’ll send you a checklist.
Usually, that includes your logo, brand colors, photos, text, and product info (if it’s a shop). Don’t worry—I’ll help you figure it all out if you’re not ready yet.
Important: In a lot of countries, having your own business registration is required in order to run your own online store. If you haven’t registered your business yet this may be an important process to get started as soon as possible, as it may take some time.

Yes! we usually split payments into two or three parts, depending on the scope & size of the project.
For ongoing support or monthly services, subscriptions and retainers are available too.

These areas—like setting up a business entity, writing legal terms, or managing accounting—are the artist’s responsibility.
Because legal and financial requirements vary widely by country, we always recommend consulting local professionals (like an accountant, business advisor, or lawyer) to make sure everything is set up correctly and legally where you live.
We’re happy to collaborate with your advisors if helpful, but we don’t provide legal or financial services.

It depends on the size and complexity of your site, but most projects take 3–8 weeks from the time all materials are submitted.
We’re usually booked a few months out, so make sure you book your consultation as soon as possible to get the start date you want.
Need it faster? We do sometimes offer rush options for clients with important upcoming deadlines (art shows, exhibitions, expected media appearance, etc.).

This is a collaborative process. You’ll be involved in decisions like brand direction, content, and structure—but we’ll guide you the whole way. Think of it like building a house: We’re the contractor and you’re the homeowner picking out the tiles and colors. You don’t need to know how to pour the foundation - we’ve got that covered.

It includes strategy, design, platform setup, mobile optimization, basic SEO, and training on how to use your site.
If you're launching a shop, it also includes setting up your first batch of 5-10 products and guiding you through things like shipping, payments, and policies.

Yes - we offer copywriting, branding support, and help organizing your message so your site feels clear, engaging, and like you.

Yes! Consistent, high-quality photography makes a big difference on your site. We’ve partnered with a professional photographer who offers photo-editing packages to enhance and unify your existing images.
As part of your pre-project checklist, you’ll also get a guide with the types of photos we recommend using - so you know exactly what to prepare.

Yes - we can help you connect tools like email signups, booking calendars, digital course platforms, print-on-demand, or whatever your business needs.

Yes! Every site we build comes with a walkthrough so you know how to make updates. We’ll show you how to edit text, upload images, add new products, and more. If you're the hands-on type, you'll have what you need. But if you'd rather not worry about tech, we also offer ongoing support or retainer plans to help manage things for you.

Yes! We include personalized training videos and provide reference to documentation to help you feel confident running your site.
You can also book 1:1 training sessions if you want to go deeper on a specific topic, or have a particular case you’re struggling to solve.
We also give a lot of tips through the Createeevity Blog & Newsletter, and plan to continue to develop helpful resources, training materials, workshops, live group sessions and downloadable content. We highly recommend that you subscribeif you haven’t already.
